I always said, to each and every person that crossed my way, what I could give and what they could expect from me.
I always knew exactly what I wanted.
How I wanted and the reason behind it.
It wasn’t always easy to set expectations at the early stages, but it was what I always did.
I am sure they saw me as a bossy, maybe even a little arrogant, but being honest was always my alibi.
Having an agreement or an arrangement with someone doesn’t mean we couldn’t review or re-write in the future.
Actually, that was the reason the rules were there in the first place, only to set the tone but we could dance as the music changes and push the boundaries.
We could stay longer -or leave sooner.
